Summary
A small bisque-headed doll. She has brown, opening, eyes, an open pink painted mouth and painted facial features. Her long dark brown hair is stitched across in cream cotton. Her body, arms and legs are of composition, the limbs attached by strings. Her head swivels. Her legs are painted with white short socks and brown heeled shoes with two straps over the instep. She is wearing a simple hand stitched purple and white horizontal striped cotton shift dress with a narrow orange silk ribbon sash. 'Germany' is embossed on the back of her neck.

Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mr and Mrs R. Dyson in May 1976.
