Summary
A tinplate friction toy of a police motorcyclist. The toy is made in Germany. The policeman is wearing a white helmet, navy uniform, black boots, white gloves and goggles. He rides a green motorbike with a transparent plastic windscreen and a single head lamp. The motorbike bears the monogram 'TCO'. The black and white number plate reads 'TCO-598'. The metal wheels revolve and beneath the policeman's feet, on each side, is a friction wheel which has a solid rubber or plastic tread tyre. The toy would have originally been able to move via the friction wheels.
