Summary
A bell-shaped glass ornament containing sand in many different colours, arranged in a pattern and also, possibly, as a view of the Needles (Isle of Wight). It is presumably a souvenir from the Isle of Wight, containing sand from Alum Bay. The sand is sealed in with a paper disc on the base.
