Summary
Three colour-printed cardboard dressing up dolls with articulated arms and legs (circa 1920). One girl has dark hair, one blonde and one is a baby/ toddler. Each are printed as if wearing their underwear, shoes and socks. Accompanying the dolls are three cardboard hat templates and four cardboard dress templates. There are two sheets of crepe paper, one blue, one pink. (A small piece of the blue is detached). There are 59 colour-printed crepe paper outfits for the three dolls, comprising sailor suits, dresses and hats. There are also two printed pamphlets, one relating to making up the crepe paper clothes for the dolls, with 'Dennison's/ PAPER DOLL FASHIONS/ WITH/ PATTERNS, ILLUSTRATIONS AND DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING/ CREPE PAPER DRESSES/ Dennison Manufacturing Co./ THE TAG MAKERS/ FRAMINGHAM, MASS./ No.302-125M-5-22 PRINTED IN U.S.A.' printed on the front, the other is a story book - 'Further Adventures of/ JIM, JOHN and JANE/ Dennison Manufacturing Co./ The Tag Makers - FRAMINGHAM, MASS.
