Summary
An open box lid, inside which is pasted a rectangular piece of red velvet. Above is handwritten in blue ink 'The smallest Ark in the / WORLD?' The reverse of the box has Mrs C Cadbury's name and address written on it in black ink. A red 4d postage stamp is in the top right corner. Lying on the piece of velvet is a round red seed with a white stopper, possibly made by carving part of the inside of the seed itself. Inside the seed are seven animals, also carved from possibly the seed itself. They are extremely tiny and therefore difficult to identify, but the collection includes a giraffe, a camel and a lion. It would have probably been made in India. Total number of items is ten
