Summary
Black painted wooden locomotive with wooden smoke coming out of both funnels. (circa 1845 to circa 1850). Black painted wooden tender. Six cardboard carriages covered in coloured paper with a floral pattern on the lower half of each carriage. The locomotive, tender and the carriages each have four revolving wheels with painted spokes. Each of the carriages have 3 open windows on either side and some contain tiny composition figures. They all link together via wire loops and couplings. One of the carriages, coloured orange and containing two tiny wooden painted figures, is broken. It has only one wheel which has become detached and the one pair of wheel arches have also become detached. There are also 5 wooden lengths of track partially painted black and 2 lengths of wood painted black with curved ends. Total number of items is eighteen
