Summary
A circa 1930s hand held friction toy with a plunger which when pushed upwards with the thumb causes a gear operated wheel to spin and a tin figure of a top hatted chimney sweep to appear out of the chimney, arms extended. The wheel has red celluloid under two panels, behind the wheel are flints which cause sparks to to be thrown outwards from the wheel which has been painted blue with green stars.
