Summary
7 identical glazed china-headed dolls. Each has a glazed china shoulder-head with painted facial features and black painted and moulded hair. Three have cream, and four have pink stuffed calico(?) bodies, upper arms and upper legs. Untinted bisque lower arms, hands, lower legs and feet painted brown to suggest heeled boots. The shoulder-heads are glued to the stuffed calico(?) torsos. The bodies are stitched across the hips to enable the dolls to sit. The lower arms and lower legs have been glued to their stuffed calico(?) upper halves. The knees are stitched together, preventing their legs from 'walking'.
