Summary
Two bisque headed clowns standing on a rectangular wooden base with four metal wheels. When the toy is pulled along the clowns move their arms. The smaller clown stands at the front, supported by a wooden pole. He has a bisque head with glass eyes, blonde wig and painted facial details and wears a cream felt hat with red pompom, cream floral suit with lace trim and red over tunic with braid trim. His arms and feet are painted wood and he holds a pair of cymbals. The larger clown has a bisque head, glass eyes, painted facial details, blonde wig and wood painted arms and legs. He is also supported on a wooden pole. He holds a bell in each hand and wears a blue hat, pink and blue tunic with lace and braid trim and blue breeches. The base is covered with diamond patterned paper in blue, white, pink and yellow.
