Summary
A wax-headed doll, whose wax yellow, red, black and purple moulded hat is all one piece with the head and face. The face is badly cracked.Inset black glass pupil-less eyes.Stuffed cloth body and upper legs. Wooden arms and hands (with separate thumbs). Wooden lower legs and feet, painted blue to imitate heeled boots. The left foot is broken off revealing the peg it would have fitted onto. Wearing original green cotton long sleeved jacket with matching skirt and cape. The skirt and cape are trimmed with cream and purple fringes. Cream muslin outer petticoat with 2 pin-tucks, cream muslin drawers, trimmed with lace and pin-tucks and a cream cotton inner petticoat.
