Summary
An untinted bisque shoulder-head doll accompanied by a revolving metal base. The doll has painted facial features and moulded and painted blonde hair. Composition body, no arms, no upper legs and wooden lower legs and feet. Wearing a blue fabric outfit, which has many moth holes, comprising a jacket, short skirt over breeches, all trimmed with cream lace and yellow braid. Matching hat with small metal bell. Stiff white fabric collar. There is also a bell on the collar and two bells on the breeches. The lower legs are painted white to imitate stockings and yellow painted feet to imitate boots. There is a short metal sleeve attached to the back of the doll. This enables the doll to be suspended on a length of bent wire attached to the circular metal base. The top half of the base is divided into yellow and red segments, it both lifts off and revolves. There is a small hole in one yellow segment which corresponds with a small hole in the left foot of the doll. There is also a length of blue wool. Total number of items is four
