Summary
A doll's size black metal and black plastic 'Victoria' style baby carriage, with collapsible hood made by 'Allwin'. The frame, wheels and handle are made from black metal. The hood, seat and foot-rest are made from black plastic (artificial leather). The foot-rest has a rectangular wooden plaque attached to the inside with black text reading 'ALLWIN' with 'TRADE MARK' positioned on top of it. Below in black text is 'Dorothy Car'. The seat is padded and the hood is collapsible, and the inside of it is lined with black cotton fabric. The black paint on the handle has worn off to reveal the bare metal underneath. The inside of the seat has 2 brown leather straps attached to it on either side. The buckle part has broken off.
