Summary
A child's white petticoat (1910s) with machine made embroidery trim to bottom edge that is partially detached. Two cotton tape ties to neck and one metal button partially covered with cotton. The hem has been let down at some point as the 'pintuck' marks remain. The petticoat is very full, so it may have originally been a pinafore made in the 1870s.
