Summary
A bisque-headed doll (circa 1910). On the back of the head are impressed the letters K and R either side of a star of David (indicating Kammer and Reinhardt) and beneath this is impressed SIMON AND HALBIG. He has open and shut brown glass eyes, open mouth with teeth, and painted facial details, including brown painted hair. He has a composition body, jointed bent arms, hands and jointed bent legs and feet. He is wearing a white cotton dress with short sleeves and lace trim to the neck and sleeves. The bodice is decorated with pin tucks and herringbone embroidery stitches in white thread. It fastens at the back with a single cloth covered button.
