Summary
A red and yellow plastic tube 'clic clac' manufactured by Kiddicraft (circa 1982). It has three holes in the sides, containing a small blue tube with a bulbous end that can be moved to three different positions to make a noise. The yellow half carries the inscription KIDDICRAFT, CLIC CLAC, the red half MADE IN ENGLAND.
