Summary
A child's Fisher-Price 'posting box' shape sorter with its original box (circa 1982). On the side of the cylinder is an embossed image of a toddler playing with the shapes. The circular blue plastic lid is pierced with a circular hole, a rectangular hole and a square hole. There are 4 corresponding plastic shapes for each hole, coloured red, blue, yellow and green. The colour printed rectangular cardboard box illustrated with colour photographs of the yellow plastic cylindrical shape sorter with a removable blue lid. In front of the shape sorter are different coloured 3D plastic shapes. There are also 2 colour photographs of toddlers playing with the toy. Printed on the underside of the box is 'copyright 1978, 1980 Fisher-Price Toys, East Aurora, New York 14052/ Division of the Quaker Oats Company/ Assembled in Belgium by Fisher-Price Toys/ Includes parts from U.S.A./ Package printed in Germany'. Also inside the box is a colour printed Fisher-Price catalogue. On the side of each shape is embossed and impressed 'f p/ U.S.A'. Total number of items is sixteen
