Summary
A green and yellow pull along wooden toy, in the shape of a crocodile, manufactured by Brio (circa 1982), with its original box. The turned body is painted green. The eyes, nose and teeth are painted in yellow on the head and a 'scale-like' pattern, also in yellow, is painted down the spine. The oval wheels are made of yellow plastic with a narrow, white rubber band forming the tread. The two metal axles pass through holes in the body and slots in the wheels. The wheels are held in place by metal studs and wooden washers. A cord is connected to the nose to pull the toy along. A black, red, and yellow label is stuck to the side. A rectangular cardboard box with a colour photograph of a crocodile as described above on the front and back. On the top left-hand corner (front and back) the 'Brio' logo appears in yellow and red on a black background. The sides of the box are coloured red, each having the 'Brio' logo. The following information appears in six different languages - 'Wooden toys' and 'From 1 [half] years. The friendly crocodile pulling toy with/ his funny walk. Wood - nature's own play material.' On the two ends appears the 'Brio' logo with the word (in white) 'Alex'.
