Summary
A doll's red wooden travelling trunk. The trunk is covered in red paper with a hinged, convex-curved lid which has three brown wooden strips riveted to it. There is another brown wooden strip riveted to the front and one on the back of the trunk. The edges of these strips is finished with a thin metal bracket. On each of the ends of the trunks is a metal handle. On the front of the trunk is a metal lock, the upper part of which has become loose of the trunk. There is a cardboard strip above the lock and part of this is torn off and missing. The interior of the trunk is lined with a navy and white striped paper and a tray which is covered in the same paper.

On the underside of the base: 'Made in Germany'
