Summary
A mid-20th century female national costume doll (also known as souvenir, world costume, tourist and foreign travel dolls) with composition shoulder, head and legs, and stuffed body; with moulded and painted facial features and stuffed hands. The doll wears a purple and gold headscarf with long tails down the back, a green cap, a black cape, a purple shirt and trousers, a coat of pink satin-type material decorated with metal thread and lined with pale green satin, a red, black and gold sash, and red fabric shoes. A basket decorated with sequins atop the head. She stands on a wooden base with bark on it.
