Summary
A doll's white muslin short sleeved dress. The dress has a round neck and puff sleeves which are trimmed with lace. The yoke has two vertical panels of lace either side of a central panel of broderie anglais also trimmed lace. There is a self-coloured satin bar on the waistband to one side. The back fastens with one round mother-of-pearl button at the waist, and a white cotton tape tie at the neck. Sewn into the neck is a fabric rectangular label with red embroidered text reading 'Made By Winifred Cookman od Croydon'. The skirt is decorated with floral embroidery and trimmed with lace at the hem.
