Summary
A celluloid can-can dancer doll. She has moulded and painted facial features with blue eyes and artificial curly brown hair. The doll is jointed at the shoulders and the waist and both her feet were glued to a rectangular piece of perspex. Her left foot is now unstuck from this base. She is wearing a bonnet of a red synthetic material, trimmed with black lace and topped with tall black and red feathers. She has a long dress of the same material, trimmed with black lace and black velvet in various places. The dress has puffed sleeves and a wide skirt. The lining of her dress is white lace arranged in several pintucks, sewn onto her underclothes at the waist. She is wearing white material pantaloons trimmed with lace with an additional lace pintuck, black synthetic material fishnet stockings with garters decorated with pink flowers and green leaves. The bottom of her feet are painted black with red painted shoes.
