Summary
A liberty bodice for a baby, made from a stiff, ribbed, cream-coloured cotton with white tape binding all round the edge and white tape ties and shoulder straps. There are three ties on each side of the opening, at the very edge on the right hand side and approx 80mm from the left hand side edge. On the other side is a sewn down pleat approx 30mm wide which was presumably done to reduce the garment's size. There are a few small stains near this pleat.
