Summary
A white cotton, bib for a baby (circa 1880 to circa 1920). It is quilted with a square-pattern weave top layer and a plain bottom layer - 'dribble catcher'. The outside edge is decorated with a deep crocheted frill. It fastens by means of a loop of tape and a bone button. The crochet frill is slightly frayed and there are several small brown stains.
