Summary
A baby's binder (circa 1900 to circa 1920) which is made from a piece of white cotton (possibly webbing) which has its short edges frayed into fringes (its long sides being selvages). There are stripes woven in to the fabric - two self-coloured ones along the long edges and 2cm in from the edges, and three narrow beige ones 3cm, 3.5cm and 4cm in from the fringed ends.
