Summary
A baby's binder (circa 1900 to circa 1930) which consists of a long strip of cream flannel, hemmed on all sides with herringbone stitches. It is actually two pieces joined together, with white stitches on the longer piece and red ones on the shorter (except for the outside short edge which has white). There are a few small (moth) holes.
