Summary
A baby's binder (circa 1900) which consists of a long strip of cream flannel, hemmed on both long sides and one short side with red herringbone stitches, and on the other short side with white ones. It is actually two pieces joined together, with white herringbone stitches to neaten the seam. There are a few (moth) holes.
