Summary
A child's 1920s or 1930s pale blue bonnet, that maybe a 'fancy dress/dressing up' garment. It is made of a canvas foundation covered with faded pale blue material and lined with buckram to stiffen. The bonnet has two parts, one covering the crown of the head and one to form a frame to the face. The part covering the crown has ribbon trim along the seams and small posies of artificial roses at the front bottom corners. From these posies come long pink ribbons to tie the bonnet on. On the underside at the frame part, along the periphery is a row of small pink artificial flowers, some of which are missing.
