Summary
A pair of child's navy blue acrylic and nylon tights (circa 1980), sold by 'Marks and Spencer' under their brand name 'St Michael'. The waist is elasticated and decorated with a white and red line at the very top. A manufacturing label reading 'St Michael' is inside. A blue rectangular cardboard box, with clear plastic side windows on either side. The box has a colour illustration of a small girl who is wearing a large brimmed hat and pink dress. She is standing with her arms folded. Below are illustrations of flowers with a bird standing at her feet. Above this in black lettering reads 'St Michael, Collant, A Cotes, Age 5 - 6ANS, Pour Hauteur 111 - 117CM'. The other side of the box is identical, but the illustrations and text are postioned upside down. The top of the box has the same inscription as mentioned above, but has the additional numbers '9001' written in the right corner. The other end of the box is identical but the text is also positoned upside down. The other to narrower sides have details of materials, washing instruction in English and French, positioned side by side. Below is the address for Marks and Spencers Ltd. Total number of items is 2.
