Summary
A baby's long white cotton petticoat with four pin tucks near the hem (circa 1850 to circa 1870). The skirt is gathered into the bodice. An opening at the back fastens with two pairs of cotton tapes and a mother-of pearl button. This garment appears to be hand stitched.
