Summary
A baby's cream silk robe or christening gown with short sleeves. The bodice has a lace trimmed collar with alternate vertical panels of lace and silk. Each silk panel is constructed using three pin tucks. The puffed sleeves have a thin lace trim. The skirt has a alternate panels of pin tucks and lace, with a silk frill trimmed with lace at the hem. The bodice fastens with two mother of pearl buttons.
