Summary
A length of white cotton spotted muslin which has been joined in four places to form a frill, possibly for a cot or a layette basket - this may have originally been a garment that has since been deconstructed. Both sides are edged with cotton lace. There are also four pieces of off cuts of additional material. One square has a length of lace partially attached. Total number of items is 5.
