Summary
A short child's cloak made of royal blue wool (circa 1909). The garment is cut from one piece of fabric and is trimmed along the periphery and the front opening with a wide piece of royal blue quilted silk. The garment closes at the neck with blue ribbons that are the extensions of the ribbon used to trim the neck opening. The garment is lined at the front with blue silk and at the back with blue glazed chintz.
