Summary
A white child's mob cap made of self patterned cotton voile, edged with cotton lace, and lined with white cotton fabric. The edge has a double frill. A pale pink silk ribbon passes round the cap and ends with a double bow in the front. The same ribbon is attached to the cap as ties. The silk is shattered.
