Summary
A baby's cloak, possibly a christening cloak (circa 1880 to circa 1910). It has a white cotton twill with a matching cape attached to the back of the collar. All round the edges is a band of broderie anglaise with a scalloped edge, and an inner band of broderie anglaise with diagonal slashes. It ties at the throat with a white satin ribbon.
