Summary
A child's late 19th or early 20th century white linen, cotton lined sailor type collar (circa 1890 to circa 1910). The deep scooped neck has three buttonholes, one of which is the middle of a small central frill. The collar is designed to be buttoned to a garment. There are three rows of cord, in a scallop pattern, around the three sides of the garment.
