Summary
A baby's long white cotton petticoat (circa 1850 to circa 1870) with five pin tucks near the hem, and lace trim round the neck and armholes. An opening at the back of the bodice fastens with two pairs of cotton tapes and a fabric-covered button. The garment may originally have had lace attached to the hem.
