Summary
A cream flannel baby's barracoat with an embroidered scalloped edge and hem (circa 1900 to circa 1940). The barracoat has cotton tape shoulder straps. On one side of the bodice is a slit. On each side of the barracoat is a triangular shaped piece of flannel. A cotton tape tie is sewn onto the end of each. One of the triangles may be threaded through the slit. There is evidence of insect holes. There are two internal tape ties.
