Summary
A white fine cotton lawn and broderie anglais bonnet. The crown of the bonnet is in flower embroidered fine lawn with a double raised piece on the top of the head. The front and round the face is in plain white cotton stitched and gathered into five narrow fruits. The piece falling over the face is of cotton broderie anglais, this piece has a stain on the front. Another broad band of broderie anglais is attached and falls around the neck. There are two long plain white cotton ties with a small flower patterned broderie anglais piece at the ends, finishing in two scallops. These ties are quite badly stained. The inside of the crown has several loose strands of the beading.
