Summary
A pair of child's early 19th century (circa 1900 to circa 1925) white cotton knickers that fasten onto a bodice. The waistband, which is divided in two, has three buttonholes in the front and two at the back. The legs are edged with a row of ribbon insertion, no ribbon, and a frill of scalloped embroidered cotton.
