Summary
A woman's white embroidered muslin collar in the shape of a cape. There is a band of broderie anglaise insertion which is sewn, on the edge, to form a V at the front and the back A frill of the embroidery is attached to this, except at the neck, which has a cotton binding. There is a metal hook at the neck edge on the righthand side.
