Summary
A card game entitled 'Happy Families', dating from the 1950s and comprising ten families of four cards each, an instruction card and the original box. Each card has a coloured printed picture of the character, i.e. Mr Brick the Builder. The 'family' consists of husband, wife, son and daughter. The reverse side of each card has a turquoise background and an all over design of circles with Happy Families in a square, on its side, in the centre. The orange coloured original box has a card attached to one side with Happy Families printed in blue on a white background, pictures of a 'family', a Royal Warrant, and the manufacturers, Chad Valley. Total number of items is 42.
