Summary
The board for a Halma game, which is made of stiff cardboard covered in glossy colour-printed paper and folds in two (circa 1920-1930). On the outside (as folded), printed in yellow, white and orange are the name of the game, a black silhouette of a tree and images of four different coloured playing pieces. Printed in black on an orange background are the manufacturer's details and 'a game for 2 . 3 or 4 players'. The playing side is mostly printed with alternating squares of cream and brown. In each corner are black and white spots.
