Summary
A baby's barracoat. It is open at the back and wraps over at the back to be closed with three sets of ribbon ties. The top is cut in one with the long skirt, the material being reduced to fit round the chest by making three box pleats. These pleats are decorated with featherstitch. Two straps go over the shoulders.
