Summary
A baby's early 19th century (circa 1900 to circa 1930) long white cotton petticoat with a back opening closed by a drawstring at the neck and waist and a pearl button and buttonhole. The neck and armhole edged with cotton lace. There are three pintucks at the hem which is edged with cotton lace.
