Summary
A baby's white cotton chemise or open shirt, with a back opening (circa 1850 - circa 1900). The short sleeves have a finely gathered panel and then a broderie anglais and lace edging. On each shoulder there is a linen button and a slit in the seam. The inner shoulder has a lace edging.
