Summary
A baby's or doll's late 19th or early 20th century (circa 1890 to circa 1920) cream coloured figured wool or fine cotton cape with an cloak and a collar. All is lined with white cotton. Both the collars are edged with wide cotton lace. The top collar is worn and partly detached from the lower collar. The bias binding attaching the collars is worn and partly missing.
