Summary
One of a pair of mid-Georgian Rococo wall sconces in giltwood of scrolled design, carved with acanthus foliage, flowering branches and floral garlands and surmounted by Ho-Ho birds and each with twin foliated branches stemming from the lower parts terminating in two chased giltmetal foliated nozzles.

Vernon collection transfered from the Treasury to the National Trust on the 30th October 1984.
