Summary
An 18th century carved giltwood Kentian console table; the frieze is carved with foliage and interlaced flowerheads and rosettes, supported by a boldly carved eagle with outstretched wings perched on rock-work; the whole supported by a stepped block base of inverted breakfront form carved with a band of rosettes and tongue decoration; the whole surmounted by a grey veined marble slab of rectangular form.
