Summary
Oil painting on canvas, An Unknown Young Woman, Theodore Blake Wirgman (Louvain 1848 - London 1925). A head-and-shoulders portrait with head inclined slightly to the right, gazing to the right, wrapped in a green cloak. Short hair,slightly windswept. A dark tangled forest behind. Framed together with GUN/P/86. Indistinct inscription on the reverse of the frame. No.2 (since) October scrap of note on reverse in the writing 'L L' in E L Massingberd's hand
