A mahogany serpentine fronted commode or night cupboard, English, circa 1780. With a galleried top, tambour sliding front and a commode drawer faced as two long drawers, the front square section legs split to support the drawer when open.
Purchased by the National Trust from the Wrisdales in 2005, formerly owned by the Montgomery-Massingberds.
